Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a high-profile ERP Replacement Project. Reporting directly to the CIO and working alongside internal stakeholders and a consulting team, the Project Manager will take a hands-on role to ensure successful delivery of the project in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Lead the end-to-end management of the ERP Replacement Project across all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain and manage the existing ERP project plan.
  • Facilitate weekly progress meetings with staff, consultants, and sponsors.
  • Schedule and coordinate workshops and sessions as needed.
  • Oversee change control, decision logs, risk, and issue management.

Qualifications
